ABSTRAKrn Telah dilakukan penelitian uji efek analgetik ekstrak etanol daun wungu (Graptophyllum pictum) pada mencit putih jantan yang diinduksi asam asetat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah daun wungu memiliki efek analgetik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental menggunakan 25 ekor mencit dan dikelompokkan menjadi 5 kelompok perlakuan yaitu kontrol negatif (Tween 80 2%), kontrol positif (aspirin 1,3 mg/20g BB), kelompok III diberikan ekstrak daun wungu dosis 5,6 mg/20g BB, kelompok IV diberikan ekstrak daun wungu dosis 11,2 mg/20g BB, dan kelompok V diberikan ekstrak daun wungu dosis 22,4 mg/20 g BB. Kemudian diinduksi dengan asam asetat. Parameter penelitian ini dengan melihat jumlah respon mencit terhadap asam asetat yang telah diiduksikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan semua kelompok pemberian ekstrak daun wungu memberikan efek yang berbeda nyata dengan kontrol negatif. Efek analgetik pada dosis 22,4 mg/20g BB memiliki efek analgetik yang paling besar dari kelompok dosis lainnya.rnrnKata kunci: Graptophyllum pictum, analgetik, aspirinrnrnrnABSTRACTrn A research on the analgetic effect of Wungu leaf extract (Graptophyllum pictum) has been carried out on male white mice induced by acetic acid. This study aims to determine whether wungu leaves have analgesic effects. This study was an experimental study using 25 mice and grouped into 5 treatment groups namely negative control (2% Tween 80), positive control (aspirin 1.3 mg / 20g BB), group III given wungu leaf extract dose 5.6 mg / 20 g BB, group IV was given wungu leaf extract dose 11.2 mg / 20 g BB, and group V was given leaf extract wungu dose 22.4 mg / 20 g BB. Then induced with acetic acid. The parameters of this study were looking at the number of mice responses to acetic acid that had been recommended. Based on the results of the study, all groups giving Wungu leaf extract gave a significantly different effect with negative controls.
