 <note>ABSTRAK &#13;
Telah dilakukan penelitian mengenai uji aktivitas ekstrak etanol bawang putih&#13;
(Allium sativum L.) terhadap jamur mikosis superfisialis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk&#13;
mengetahui aktivitas bawang putih dalam menghambat pertumbuhan jamur mikosis&#13;
superfisialis. Hasil ekstraksi bawang putih menggunakan metode maserasi didapatkan &#13;
persen rendemen 11,82%  &#13;
&#13;
⁄ . Uji aktivitas ekstrak etanol bawang putih menggunakan &#13;
metode difusi agar, dengan konsentrasi 10%, 20% dan 30% serta kontrol positif yang&#13;
digunakan yaitu ketokonazole dan kontrol negatif etanol destilat. Hasil penelitian&#13;
menunjukan ekstrak etanol bawang putih mampu menghambat jamur mikosis&#13;
superfisialis. Diameter zona hambat rata-rata dari jamur Tricophyton rubrum ATCC&#13;
28188 sebesar 7,5 mm, 9,8 mm, 12  mm, Malassezia furfur ATCC 14521 sebesar 7,4&#13;
mm, 9,7 mm, dan 11,7 mm. dan Microsporum canis ATCC 11621 sebesar 8,4 mm, 10,1&#13;
mm, dan 13,4 mm..  &#13;
